Audiobook narrated by Sima Tirandaz

‘The Green Ring’ star Sima Tirandaz has landed on narrating the audiobook of ‘Farangis’ penned by Mahnaz Fattahi.

Sima Tirandaz treats the readers to the story, straight from her mouth to their ears.  

‘Farangis’ is a memoir themed on Iraq imposed war on Iran; and the actress has narrated parts of this highly popular and best-selling novel.

The novel has garnered Holy Defense Year Book Award and it has been also adapted into screenplay.   

‘Farangis’ is an account of the resistance of an Iranian lady named Farangis during Iran-Iraq war.  

Fattahi, the author of the book, says, “Miss Heydarpour is a real and unassuming heroine whose life story should have been written long ago."

The Supreme Leader of Iran Ayatollah Khamenei has also emphasized on recording the memories of lady Farangis Heydarpour as a war heroine.

Sima Tirandaz is a familiar face to ifilmers owing to ‘The Doormat’, ‘Chimney’, ‘Youth’ and ‘In the Eye of the Storm’.
